This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across all channels. The Marketing Manager needs to be passionate, creative, and results-driven to lead our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Saddle’s vision and business goals. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, maintaining the integrity of Saddle’s identity. Campaign Execution: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and partnerships. Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for various channels (website, social media, email, etc.). Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on campaigns and initiatives. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of the UAE market and consumer behavior is a plus.
