We launch ventures that bring deep tech solutions to market, partnering with trusted industry and government entities to ensure our solutions address real-world needs. We also help strengthen the Middle East’s tech ecosystem by providing collaboration opportunities and access to key services including state-of-the-art lab testing and a library of patented tech products. Job Overview: As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you'll be our resident detective, digging deep into market data to uncover the secrets that drive our ventures forward. Your insights will shape our strategies, drive innovation, and help us stay ahead in the game. Key Responsibilities: Conducting Research: Execute both quantitative and qualitative market research, including designing surveys, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights for client projects. Data Analysis: Analyze data from a variety of sources (public, proprietary, commercial) to answer business questions and support strategic recommendations. Insight Generation: Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for consulting teams and clients, often presenting results in written reports or presentations. Client Collaboration: Work closely with consulting teams and clients to understand their needs, design research approaches, and ensure deliverables meet project objectives. Project Management: Manage research projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with vendors, overseeing fieldwork, and ensuring timelines are met. Intellectual Property Development: Contribute to the creation of BCG’s proprietary research assets, frameworks, and publications. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, new research methodologies, and analytical tools to enhance research quality and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred. Experience: 6+ years' experience in consulting or market research agencies strongly preferred. Research Methodologies: Experience with a range of research techniques, including segmentation, conjoint analysis, pricing studies, and focus groups. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in teams, often in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect research insights to business strategy. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific sectors such as Consumer Goods, Energy, Public sector, or Deep Tech.
