Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager with a strong background in retail, particularly in the perfume industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new hires, conduct performance management, and provide feedback. Manage payroll and benefits for employees. Coordinate with PRO for visa procedures and legal aspects of recruitment. Conduct orientation and training for new employees. Coordinate training programs. Implement and monitor the effectiveness of HR processes, policies, and practices. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and communicate effectively with staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources. Retail experience, with a focus on fragrances, is essential. Arabic speaking skills are an advantage. Strong recruiting skills and experience in talent acquisition strategies. Proven ability to train managers and employees. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgment.
