About The Role As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all requirements to the highest standards according to standard operating procedures. You will ensure proper hygiene and sanitation, maintain adequate stock levels, coordinate between departments, and oversee training. You must enforce service standards by directing, supervising, and motivating staff to perform at their best. About You The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain, with 1-2 years in a similar or higher position.
