We are currently seeking a Learning Events Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our learning events and providing exceptional support to participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders. Job Description: As a Learning Events Administrative Coordinator , you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and managing our learning events. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event logistics, from scheduling and resource management to participant communication and post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and schedule learning events, ensuring all resources, venues, and equipment are secured and prepared. Collaborate with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learning programs that align with organizational objectives. Manage event registration processes, maintain attendee lists, and communicate effectively with participants. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for trainers and guest speakers. Prepare training materials, including agendas, presentations, and handouts, and ensure they are distributed to participants in a timely manner. Set up training rooms, ensuring they are equipped and arranged to meet the needs of each event. Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices. Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records and databases related to learning events, including attendance, evaluations, and participant information. Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Professional certification in Learning and Development or Project Management is a plus. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a training or events environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and professionalism. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment. Knowledge of modern learning and development methods, including e-learning platforms and practices. Experience in project management and budget tracking. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Why Join COPEX?
