The ideal candidate will handle pre-sales activities, assist with documentation including tenders and lease contracts, and provide essential administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.Key Responsibilities: - Act as the liaison between the Sales Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.- Handle all phone, fax, email, and other correspondence related to sales.- Respond to customer inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.- Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the Sales Manager.- Assist in the preparation of tenders, lease contracts, and sales review sheets.- Follow up with clients on purchase confirmations and payment collections.- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing communications.- Support the Sales Manager by generating reports based on Sales Team inputs.- Assist Sales Executives in generating sales and call activity reports.- Verify customer information and transaction details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Compile and update a database of prospective clients using various sources (e.g., newspapers, business directories).- Contribute to the preparation of new proposals and support the sales team in renegotiations.- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or customer support role (experience in the automotive or car rental sector is a must )- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
