Service Coordinator – HVAC Maintenance

Plan and schedule daily technician assignments to ensure optimal resource utilization. Monitor and ensure timely closure of all maintenance work orders. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, especially for Daikin VRV/VRF systems. Operate and manage tasks through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure technician adherence to procedures. Conduct regular reviews and orientation for technicians to ensure work quality. Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide quick support and resolution in case of escalations or delays. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in maintenance coordination and field operations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, particularly VRV/VRF . Excellent scheduling and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using CMMS or similar systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach and attention to service quality. Ability to train, guide, and monitor technicians effectively.
