Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Real Estate Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office by providing exceptional administrative support and delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: Listing Management: Create, edit, update, and publish property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle through relevant CRM platforms. Ensure high-quality scores and accuracy for each listing. Permit Acquisition: Obtain Trakheesi permits for all advertisements. Agreement Management: Register and renew agreements with respected developers. Contract Drafting: Draft and create various property-related contracts online through the Dubai Rest App, including Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, and Form I. Transaction Documentation: Complete all paperwork for real estate transactions promptly to expedite deal closures. Tenancy Contracts: Prepare tenancy contracts and addendums for new and renewal properties, ensuring all documents for tenants and landlords are complete and updated in the system. Client and Agent Coordination: Follow up with agents and clients for necessary documents and details. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional duties as requested or assigned, including maintaining property files, managing mail, and overseeing office financial transactions. Market Awareness: Stay updated with new property launches and projects. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1 years of real estate admin experience. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with the Trakheesi System, Dubai Rest, Property Expert, Bayut, and Dubizzle. Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive). Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of real estate rules and regulations, particularly RERA guidelines. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members, customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in real estate is a plus.
