Business Analyst - UAE Nationals, MENA Stores Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business by analyzing problems, driving solutions, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of business requirements, the ability to quickly identify root causes of reporting, BI, or data issues, and draft effective solutions. This role requires high attention to detail, a bias for action, and an interest in analytics, BI, and automation. This position aligns with UAE's Emiratization initiatives. Key job responsibilities Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to support key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy through validation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and automate or improve existing processes. Generate innovative ideas to enhance or create new work processes. Be open to learning and developing skills in new technologies and analytical techniques. Understand how data and analytical frameworks translate to ground-level business impact. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required; BE preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Exposure to Excel and SQL. Deadline-driven, team-oriented, with strong customer focus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with self-motivation and follow-through capabilities. Experience in a results-oriented, analytical environment with cross-functional interactions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Quick Sight. Experience in data mining, ETL processes, and working with large-scale, complex datasets.
