We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-sales Executive fluent in Russian/Vietnamese/Thai to join our client’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting prospects into clients based on specific requirements. This role demands excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Job Role: Tele Sales Executive Start Date: Expected start date is 22nd June 2025, duration of 4 months contract Working hours: Monday to Saturday 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Visa Status: The candidate must currently reside in the UAE and hold a visa that permits lawful employment Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, based on their language proficiency. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals effectively Work closely with other team members in achieving the overall targets. Maintain accurate records of all communications Achieve and exceed monthly targets and performance metrics set as per KPI’s Desired Candidate Profile Fluency in Russian is mandatory. Experience in customer service or any tele services Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
