Miral Experiences is looking for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and innovation across our unique entertainment and leisure destinations in Abu Dhabi. Drive culinary innovation —designing new products, recipes, and signature items aligned with our storylines, IPs, and guest expectations Lead the development and structuring of menus , ensuring high quality, creativity, and guest appeal Oversee product standards, display, presentation , and food signage across all outlets Partner with F&B Operations to ensure efficient execution and consistent service delivery Manage cost control , recipe engineering, kitchen efficiency, and labor planning Support special events, banquets, and high-profile activations What You Bring: 7+ years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef or above in multi-unit, high-volume operations (hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or leisure venues) Solid experience with international cuisines , culinary training, and food service management Strong grasp of planning, organizational design, and financial management (COGS, labor, OPEX/CAPEX) GCC experience is highly preferred High standards for quality, consistency, food safety (HACCP/ADFCA), and team training Qualifications: Professional Culinary Training is essential Diploma or degree in food service or F&B Management is preferred Strong command of MS Office and kitchen operations software Pre-opening experience in large-scale entertainment or leisure facilities Theme park or quick service background is a plus Creative mindset with an eye for presentation, guest preferences, and operational flow Creative thinker with a guest-first mindset and results-driven approach Hands-on, can-do attitudewith the ability to lead from the front and inspire teams This is your chance to lead one of the most exciting culinary environments in the region—where creativity meets scale, and every dish tells a story.
