AI Workflow / AI Operations Engineer

Salary : AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (Based on experience). You'll architect and execute intelligent workflows that automate processes , enhance team productivity , and supercharge e-commerce growth . WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Auto GPT, Baby AGI, Open Agents, Crew AI, etc.) Ability to build and manage multi-step workflows using tools like Lang Chain, Zapier, Make, Airflow , or custom scripting. Experience integrating AI into e-commerce , customer service , logistics , or internal operations. Familiarity with LLM APIs (Open AI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, etc.) Ability to implement and monitor AI task agents that collaborate, learn, and deliver results autonomously. Experience working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Bonus : Experience with agent memory , prompt engineering , or RLHF models. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES : Design and implement AI-powered workflows for real-time task execution and decision-making. Collaborate with global teams to identify areas for automation and optimization. Develop and test agentic architectures to support recruitment, sales, e-commerce, and logistics. Build custom GPTs, copilots , or multi-agent systems to support business growth. Support non-technical teams with AI onboarding and prompt strategy. Contribute to the AI roadmap for scalability, performance , and ethics. Hands-on experience in real-world AI deployment.
