Warehouse Team Leader
Description
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure smooth inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO). Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct stock audits and support cycle counts to minimize discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities. Conduct safety briefings, enforce PPE compliance, and report incidents as needed. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in retail. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control. Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail warehouse operations preferred. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
