Key Responsibilities Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Take and record vital signs accurately. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Follow healthcare protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety. Administer medication under the direction of a healthcare provider. Document patient information and keep medical records updated. Clean and sanitize patient areas and equipment regularly. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients' families. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred.
