The Role Join us as an Alliances Business Development Lead and be a key part of Kyndryl’s growth. You will drive growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborations. In this role, you will lead a team focused on expanding Kyndryl’s service signings and revenue, working closely with alliance partners to co-create industry-revolutionizing offerings. Your strategic, business, technical, and sales skills will be vital in promoting Kyndryl's services across markets and regions, unlocking new opportunities. You will build and manage relationships with alliance partners at various organizational levels, helping define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation projects tailored to enterprise clients’ needs. As a leader, you will oversee development and execution of business activities, craft compelling go-to-market strategies, and provide business and technical enablement to grow partnerships exponentially. Leveraging your understanding of alliance programs, you will maximize deal benefits for Kyndryl and our customers. Acting as a liaison among Practices, partners, and account teams, you will foster mutually beneficial outcomes. Continually deepen your knowledge of our partners and industries, building relationships that drive collective growth. Expand your understanding of Kyndryl’s offerings to deliver exceptional value and solve complex customer challenges.
