Cost Controller

Cost Controller Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join a dynamic hospitality group, supporting multiple venues with precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of F&B operations.Responsibilities: Monitor and control food and beverage costs across multiple outlets Conduct daily/weekly/monthly cost analysis and variance reports Ensure accurate inventory tracking, reconciliation, and wastage control Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and bar teams for cost efficiency Maintain and optimize reporting through Supy and Syrve (iiko) systems Drive best practices in procurement, stock handling, and recipe costing Requirements: Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the UAE s hospitality/F&B sector Strong knowledge of Supy and Syrve (iiko) is essential High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment Strong communicator and team player Note: Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
