Guests will experience iconic characters from Warner Bros.' collection of film, television, and comics. The hotel features 257 rooms, signature WB restaurants, a spa, fitness club, kids club, family pool, and an exclusive rooftop pool overlooking Yas Island’s skyline. Role Overview An F&B Supervisor oversees the Food & Beverage service to ensure high-quality, efficient service that enhances the Guest experience, in compliance with licensing regulations related to alcohol. Responsibilities Set, implement, and monitor Guest service standards, with ongoing evaluation Prepare the outlet according to operational standards Ensure compliance with licensing laws and conduct staff training accordingly Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverages, their preparation, presentation, and staff training on these aspects Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are understood and followed by all team members Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards among staff Manage staff attendance and report absences as per procedures Handle administrative tasks related to staff management Maximize revenue through upselling, excellent service, and staff motivation Candidate Profile Ideal candidates demonstrate a warm personality, excellent communication, leadership skills, accountability, resilience, and a commitment to high customer service standards. Ability to work under pressure and adaptability are essential. Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience in customer service, a passion for guest satisfaction, and basic IT skills.
