We're looking for an experienced and well-connected B2B Sales & Brand Development Manager to lead this expansion. We are MANEL , a Dubai-based luxury fashion house, currently scaling our B2B operations across the Middle East and Europe. We're looking for an experienced and well-connected B2B Sales & Brand Development Manager to lead this expansion. Your Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure partnerships withmulti-brand boutiques, department stores, concept stores , andfashion buyers in the Middle East and Europe. Strategically position the brand throughinternational fashion weeks, tradeshows, exhibitions , andtemporary or permanent showrooms (Paris, London, Dubai, Riyadh). Manage the full wholesale cycle: fromprospecting and pitching , tonegotiation, follow-ups , andorder processing . Organize and overseebrand presentations, pop-ups, trunk shows, and private buyer events . Monitor seasonal calendars to aligncollection launches with optimal B2B sales windows. Develop tailored proposals for different markets, aligning each strategy with brand DNA and buyer preferences. Maintain and grow a network of fashion insiders: PR agencies, stylists, showrooms, buyers, and influencers relevant to B2B growth. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has3–5+ years of proven experience in wholesale/B2B fashion sales. Understands the business side offashion weeks, showroom logistics , and international expansion. Brings anetwork of trusted industry contacts across the Middle East and Europe. Is skilled instrategic thinking, negotiations , andrelationship management . Communicates confidently and professionally in English (Arabic or French is a plus). Isself-driven , highly organized, and able to lead projects independently.
