About the Role: Are you a high-performing Forex Business Development Manager with a proven track record and a strong network of clients? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our leading Forex brokerage in Dubai! As a Business Development Manager (Forex) , you will drive revenue growth by leveraging your existing book of transferrable clients , expanding our HNI, IB, Affiliate, and Fin-Influencer network , and onboarding new traders from Asia Pacific & MENA regions . Minimum 3 years of UAE experience working with a Forex Brokerage . Strong network of HNI clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates & Financial Influencers . Expertise in Asia Pacific & MENA markets (existing client base preferred). Aggressive, target-driven, and skilled in relationship management & deal closures . Expand & monetize your existing client portfolio by onboarding them to our platform. Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates & Fin-Influencers . Develop strategies to attract High-Net-Worth (HNI) & Retail Traders . Drive revenue through spreads, commissions, and trading volume . Build long-term relationships with institutional partners & high-value clients. Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums .
