About The Role As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will support and advise company management on financial matters, ensure control and compliance with procedures, and maintain accounts and company assets to accurately reflect the company's financial health. What You’ll Be Doing Provide support and advice on financial matters, including budgets, management accounting, MIS, and financial reports. Liaise with departments for budgeting and forecasting; consolidate accounts and coordinate audits. Exercise budgetary, asset, and procurement controls as per laid down procedures. Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns. Coordinate insurance coverage for assets with corporate finance. Manage inventory control functions, including order approval, inventory aging, and insurance. Monitor credit limits, collection, and debtor aging; advise management accordingly. Oversee timely payments and exercise internal controls on purchases and services. Record and approve accounting entries, keep accounts updated, and reconcile with bankers, debtors, and creditors. Monitor bank balances, project cash flows, and advise on shortfalls; control cash collections and banking. Forecast foreign exchange requirements and communicate changes. Review monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring compliance with policies and IFRS, and submit management reports timely.
