Real Estate Manager

Implement a stores pipeline by identifying suitable real estate opportunities through strategic portfolio planning. Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, and handle rental transactions, including all related documentation. Oversee and manage the existing lease portfolio. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on proposed store locations. Develop lease budgets to support business analysis. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and landlords. Technical Skills Highly proficient in Adobe After Effect, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design Prior experience with MS Office including Power Point application. Strong portfolio of graphic design and animation skills. Strong time management ability to manage multiple deadlines. Very Good experience in publishing posts on Linked In. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Negotiation Skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
