An organisation in Abu Dhabi playing a key role in supporting lasting change that will impact a broad range of professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of modernising government operations, guiding organisations through complex transformational journeys. You'll leverage your expertise to: Lead Organisational Transformation: Design and implement innovative organisational structures and operating models that promote efficiency, agility, and effectiveness. Provide Expert Consultancy: Offer strategic advice and guidance to government leaders on organisational design principles and best practices. Drive Modernisation: Support government entities in adopting modern ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives. Analysis and Development: Conduct thorough organisational assessments, analyse complex data, and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each government entity. Extensive experience in organisational design, with a demonstrable history of leading successful transformation projects. Proven ability to operate effectively in large, complex organisations, either in the Consulting or In-House capacity. Strong understanding of modern organisational design principles and methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
