Black Stone e IT is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth HR process for employees and management alike. Your organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality will be key in creating a productive work environment.Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions Compile and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee files Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs Help facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HR software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude and a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
