We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager fluent in Russian and English to oversee daily front-of-house operations for our premium lounge in JBR. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment. share resume at: Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily floor operations, ensuring smooth guest service and optimal team performance. Greet and interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction. Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clientele, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly. Manage staff schedules, floor coverage, and break rotations. Monitor service standards and uphold brand reputation through continuous quality control. Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure coordination in service flow. Handle guest complaints diplomatically and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and atmosphere standards of the lounge. Prepare daily reports and assist the management with inventory, orders, and operational planning. Requirements: Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in a lounge, bar, or fine dining environment. Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
