About the Role: Mai Dubai is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Market Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our sales processes, store positions, and financial status with respect to our customers. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and mitigating financial risks. Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Audit: Ensure completeness of sales processes and verify invoices with customers. Store Audit: Perform inventory checks, audit stock arrangements, and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines. Business Insights: Conduct competition checks, analyze market presence, and gather insights on competitors. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks related to customer business continuity, payment patterns, and balance confirmations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Finance and Sales, to make insights actionable. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in market audit or customer-facing roles in retail environments. Strong understanding of retail audit processes and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in financial software like SAP or Oracle is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
