Key activities and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Articulating business and technical value of our solutions and products Positioning technical solutions in competitive scenarios Being able to solve diverse client issues in an innovative way Liaising with our HQ and worldwide offices Removing (technical) barriers and motivating (remote) teams Technical sales (presales) activities for the Middle East Region including: Creating and delivering solution presentations Responding to RFPs & RFIs Project delivery includes: Kick-off meetings Performing UAT for project closure and starting the post-support phase Post-sales support Identifying scope of shared issues Solving issues at the project implementation level Communicating issues with internal stakeholders if outside implementation scope You connect with us, if you Are self-motivated and able to network across remote teams Can articulate solutions and products to both technical and business audiences Possess strong (technical) written and verbal communication skills Take pride in your work and have a can-do attitude What we see as a plus Previous experience in CX solutions, CPaa S, and/or Saa S Experience in a B2B technical support or technical sales role, preferably for a CX company Our Hiring Process Step 1 Meet the recruitment team, learn more about CM.com & the position, and share your experience and motivation #J-18808-Ljbffr
