Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service (Emiratized Role) to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. Your responsibilities will include: Achieving sales targets Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat Resolving customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems as needed Maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM systems Assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions Collaborating with teams to improve customer experience Staying updated on products, services, and policies Participating in training to enhance skills Supporting colleagues and sharing best practices Qualifications Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer-oriented mindset Experience with customer service software and CRM systems 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred) Bachelor's degree (preferred) Knowledge of UAE culture and business practices Professionalism in challenging situations Good time management and organization skills Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays UAE national status (Emiratization requirement) Additional Information Position is full-time, with responsibilities in the banking industry.
