Payroll Officer
Description
Accurately process and calculate employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws. Maintain and update employee payroll records and data. Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to relevant departments. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors. Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and audits. Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information and records. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration. Familiarity with payroll software and systems. Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws. Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform calculations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
