Slice is hunting for a rockstar Customer Success Manager to keep our clients hyped, engaged, and coming back for more. You’ll own the game when it comes to smooth onboarding, epic sales experiences, and building long-term loyalty. If you can juggle a ton of interactions, deliver top-tier support, and keep those investments (and referrals) rolling in, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing success. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure continuous investment and referrals. • Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to optimize outcomes. • Provide training, support, and resources to help customers maximize the value of Slice’s solutions. • Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to inform product development of any improvements needed. • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role in consumer app environment, preferably Fin Tech. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. • Proven ability to manage multiple activities in a high-volume environment and prioritise effectively. • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and customer success tools. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Must have excellent communication skills.
