Our Client in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital performance campaigns (paid social, search, email marketing) with clear ROI targets Manage and mentor a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to ensure brand consistency Oversee the PR agency ensuring our brand stays relevant, visible, and on message Organise and host showroom-based events and dinners with architects, designers, and construction firms Attend 2 x per week BD meetings with external partners to build relationships and generate business Continuously track and optimise KPIs across all digital marketing activities Collaborate with the founder on creative growth strategies and quarterly plans Drive lead generation and brand awareness in a rapidly growing, highly competitive market What We’re Looking For: Proven regional marketing experience, ideally in Dubai or wider GCC Hybrid marketer: strategic and hands-on Experience with event marketing, ideally in B2B or luxury/creative sectors Performance marketing experience with a focus on revenue growth Confident in managing external partners (like PR agencies) and leading internal teams Commercial acumen with a sharp eye on ROI, brand quality, and market positioning Strong communicator comfortable hosting clients and representing the brand externally Good English communication skills Sector background in interiors, design, or luxury is a bonus but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
