Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance across stores within the assigned area. Provide motivational leadership and direction to the area sales team. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and support store managers. Identify opportunities for sales growth and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with retail policies and operational guidelines in all stores. Collaborate with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns effectively. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet sales demands efficiently. Prepare detailed sales and financial reports for senior management review. Requirements Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager in the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage staff. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
