Job Description This role is primarily responsible for processing loans and related transactions, including Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Business Banking Loans (SME), Mortgage loans, Staff loans, Khalifa Fund, NDDSF loans, and Leverage Loans. Activities include: Manual Block placements/release Manual Settlement of existing loans Internal Transfer of funds (A2A) Issuance of Manager’s Cheques Interest rate setup in T24 Customized payment schedules Collateral Management Fee recovery Tranche payment & MC issuance/remittance Processing Maintenance Activities such as postponements, settlements, past due recovery, loan parameter changes, cancellations, write-offs, collateral linking/delinking, blocking/unblocking, fund transfers, loan restructuring, and coordination with other sections to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Detailed Responsibilities Validate and process new loans, input/create in T24, validate DOA Post-disbursement activities, transaction diarizing, remittance instructions, signatures, checks, document archiving Ensure error-free processing, compliance with policies, SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements Perform daily reconciliation, handle queries, participate in UAT activities, and maintain security items Provide reports, support process improvements, and ensure audit readiness Key Accountabilities Follow policies, processes, and SOPs; demonstrate organizational values Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction Prepare accurate reports and statements Job Context Aim for zero operational losses, errors, complaints, breaches, and critical audit findings Implement process improvements, monitor risks, and ensure operational efficiency and compliance Maintain excellent document and security standards Frameworks, Boundaries, Decision-Making Authority Operate within group policies and governance frameworks Make decisions within the authorized matrix Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-5 years’ relevant banking experience, with at least 4 years in managerial roles in Retail Loans Additional Details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other, IT, Management Industry: Banking This job posting is active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
