Finance Manager

Our client is a Dubai-based family group with a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors. They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work in their publishing and media division . Responsibilities: Responsible for Annual Business Planning and Budgeting in close coordination with the Business Unit Head. Consolidation, review, and analysis of Monthly MIS reports and periodic Budget reviews. Preparation of Feasibility studies for new growth opportunities, capital expenditure, marketing promotions, and operational investments. Commercial and financial review of all contracts and agreements, especially related to procurement, capital expenditure, and marketing. Enhance reporting capabilities to monitor key business drivers regularly and share analysis with senior management for appropriate actions. Ensure Budgetary control and compliance with policies and procedures, implementing monitoring mechanisms. Develop a compliance framework and a robust team to strengthen internal controls. Handle Business Processes Reengineering projects to improve productivity. Financial Reporting and Treasury management. Provide comprehensive financial accounting, reporting, and analysis support. Responsible for Revenue and Cost Accounting in compliance with IFRS . Handle statutory, internal, and other audits, implementing recommendations efficiently and timely. Applicants must have: Must already be located in the UAE . Applicants not in the UAE will NOT be contacted. Qualified Accountant or MBA. 8+ years of experience in finance, including management roles. Media or Publishing sector experience preferred. Fluent English language skills mandatory.
