Responsibilities Manage and grow commercial relationships with key distributors and franchise partners across the Middle East. Drive sales performance by developing and executing regional strategies aligned with global objectives. Deliver quarterly and annual targets through effective forecasting, market planning, and partner enablement. Lead cross-functional collaboration between regional teams, dealers, and OEM stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities. Operate as the key regional point of contact for all sales-related matters, ensuring brand consistency and partner accountability. Create and implement tactical initiatives that support product launches, volume growth, and aftersales performance across the network. Minimum Requirements Proven track record in automotive sales, ideally within an OEM or distributor-led environment across the Middle East. Strong commercial acumen with experience driving regional growth through distributor and franchise partner networks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
