Design Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design development of our real estate projects from concept through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential/mixed-use developments, possess excellent project management skills, and ensure all designs meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and market expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage architectural and engineering design processes across multiple projects. • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design alignment with project goals. • Review and approve design submissions, drawings, and material selections. • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and authority requirements. • Provide creative and strategic input during concept development and value engineering. • Manage design timelines, budgets, and quality control through each stage of the project lifecycle. • Support the development team in obtaining approvals and permits from relevant authorities. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC real estate sector. • Proven track record managing design for large-scale residential or mixed-use projects. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.) and familiarity with local regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
