Job Description Operations Associate- The core purpose of the role is to handle the day-to-day admin and system related tasks for SCM customers and achieve operational excellence while managing both internal and external customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities Responsibility Ensures assigned task is done diligently error free. Ensures to meet tight timelines for document submission. Monitor and ensures agreed KPI’s for documentation are met. Key Competencies Behavioral Adopts an attitude of Customer Experience. Effective and clear Communication skills. Stakeholder Management skills Full overview and strong coordinating and follow up skills across multiple stakeholders Proactive and time management skills Technical Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Good knowledge to work on Outlook and MS teams. SAP knowledge is preferable. Education Bachelor’s degree Languages English #J-18808-Ljbffr
