As the market leader in advanced currency management, would you like to join us in shaping the future of payments?Scope and Purpose: Defining solutions for prospects and clients using G+D products and capabilities. The goal is to align these solutions with our clients Payments/digital strategy and requirements. This involves conducting presentations, facilitating client discussions and workshops, Participate in innovation days and roadshows, and accurately documenting the proposed solution from start to end. Additionally, supporting this solution work entails creating and maintaining presentations, demonstrations, and documents to aid in the presales process. A technical background in payments and digital technologies is essential for this role. Solutions will focus on G+D payments portfolio but also will extend to partners offerings related to banking and digital solutions. While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology and payments knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution addressing market and clients’ needs. Objectives: Demonstrate product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence. Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution. Collaborate with the internal product teams, delivery and account management stakeholders to maximize on the customer opportunities as well as create a relevant and value bringing customer proposition Prepare and presents proposals to clients utilizing G+D resources. Respond to RFP/RFQ for potential opportunities, and promote upselling for existing accounts Create Solution documentation alongside a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery. Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs. Requirements: Experience: 5 to 8+ Years in similar Pre-Sales positions. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must. French language is a plus. Regional experience in the Middle East is a must and Africa regional experience is a plus. Payments know-how is a must specially for authentication solutions and tokenization. Experience in mega and complex system integration projects.
