AutoCAD Draftsman

We are hiring an experienced Auto CAD Draftsman with a construction background and a solid portfolio of Gulf countries (GCC) projects . The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE and possess in-depth drafting knowledge across multiple disciplines, including: Interior Design Fit-out Works Landscape Mechanical (HVAC/MEP) Joinery & Carpentry Architectural Drafting Plumbing Prepare detailed and accurate 2D CAD drawings for construction and site execution. Draft shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements. Interpret architectural/engineering sketches and convert them into technical drawings. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams for drawing approvals and revisions. Ensure compliance with GCC construction standards and local authority regulations (DM, ADM, DDA, etc.). Maintain drawing logs, document control, and version tracking. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Architectural/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 4+ years drafting experience in the construction industry (Gulf experience mandatory). Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D (3D is a plus); knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, or BIM tools is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of construction site processes, fit-out detailing, and MEP/architectural coordination. Experience working on residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, or infrastructure projects in the GCC. Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills.
