Landscaping Engineer

Manage the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services provided by external contractors. Supervise, monitor, and improve the performance of landscaping service providers. Administer and monitor landscaping services and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Assist in the development and implementation of landscaping policies, procedures, and management strategies. Conduct landscaping inspections and audits at regular intervals to ensure optimal maintenance. Liaise with clients, staff, and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Be available to respond to client inquiries on a 24/7 basis. Proven ability to develop and lead diverse teams and maintain high standards of service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Commitment to sustainability, including energy conservation, waste minimization, and resource efficiency. Awareness of integrated management systems and safety protocols. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing landscaping services within large-scale operations. Knowledge of international and local regulations related to landscaping and environmental management. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
