Responsibilities: Be aware of all aspects of the excursions program related to the tours sold on board. Manage the daily operation of the Sales program as a Travel Desk / Experience Advisor. Sell tours to guests to generate revenue. Provide information about available tours to promote sales. Assist guests with questions and special requests regarding excursions. Achieve monthly sales targets. Send daily sales reports to the Experience Manager. Enter all bookings simultaneously. Follow up with the finance department on cash payments. Maintain a pleasant and friendly manner with good knowledge of products and services. Operate under the supervision of the In Destinations Sales Manager. Requirements: Multilingual skills. Experience in customer service roles within the Destination Management or travel and tourism industry. Knowledge of UAE destinations is an advantage. Excellent selling and promotional skills. Strong product knowledge and operational skills for sales programs. Resilient, flexible, and responsive to customer and company needs. Ability to work well in a team. Driving license is an advantage.
