Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive innovation and execution in our busy last mile network. Key job responsibilities The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives requiring complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise, the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and resolve operational issues, minimizing overall business risk and maintaining Amazon's high-quality standards. You should be able to analyze data deeply, scrutinize details, and foresee implications. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, aligned with business objectives. Being organized, prompt in notifying operational issues, detail-oriented, and a problem solver are essential qualities. Additionally, you will support the Program team in gathering insights to enhance the program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partner satisfaction. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 2+ years' experience in investigations related to managing contacts, identifying root causes, and tracking process initiatives Willingness to travel Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail UAE national with family book PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS The right candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, leads by example, and can develop expertise in operational processes.
