The House Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a private residence, ensuring all household functions run smoothly and meet high standards of hospitality, service, and discretion. A background in luxury hotel management is essential to bring a refined level of service, attention to detail, and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage household staff (maids, chefs, drivers, nannies, gardeners, etc.), including scheduling, training, and performance supervision. Maintain the residence at a five-star hospitality standard, including cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort. Handle budgets, petty cash, expense reporting, and financial planning for household operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in hotel management or luxury hospitality roles (minimum 5 years). Experience in private household or estate management is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
