Direct message the job poster from Europa Recruitment Sales Manager – Food Industry (UAE Market Focus) Location: Based either in UAE or Oman Travel Required: ~35% annually (approx. 100 nights/year) Are you a sales leader with a passion for the food and FMCG sector ? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive the UAE market expansion. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll take full ownership of key customer relationships, commercial plans, and trade execution strategies to deliver sustainable growth. This is more than just a sales role — it’s your opportunity to build, grow, and own a high-performing business segment in one of the region’s most dynamic markets. What You’ll Do Strategic Sales & Business Growth Build and execute joint business plans with key UAE customers. Drive revenue by ensuring timely order placement, shipment, and in-market execution. Optimize pricing based on competitor analysis and market shifts. Achieve and exceed sales targets with accountability for profit and volume metrics. Category & Trade Development Lead the development of category strategies and new product introductions. Ensure effective in-store execution using planograms, POS materials, and promotional tools. Provide market intelligence and insights to continuously improve sales strategies. Ensure timely payments, financial compliance, and account reconciliation. Manage customer debit notes and ensure proper documentation ahead of shipments. Relationship Management Be the face of the business to your clients — both strategically and operationally. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with retail and distribution partners. Train and guide internal teams and customer staff to ensure execution of key initiatives. Based either in UAE or Oman and with a deep understanding of the region's trade dynamics. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales . Proven track record working with distributors and handling complex supply chains. Strong knowledge of category/channel management , joint business planning, and export operations. Fluency in both Arabic and English will be compulsory. Customer Relationship Management Commercial Business Planning & Forecasting Strong Negotiation & Communication Advanced MS Office or CRM tools proficiency Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
