Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.The Role As Social Media Content Creator , you will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms that aligns with Minimalist’s brand identity. From social media visuals to short-form video and campaign creatives, bringing our story and products to life. This role is based at our headquarters in Dubai.Responsibilities Create, curate, and manage engaging content for Minimalist's social media channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars aligned with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments for social media. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, building brand loyalty and community. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ensure continuous growth and engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends and innovations, ensuring Minimalist remains at the forefront of social media content creation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation. Requirements As an ideal candidate, you will have: At least 3+ years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based e Commerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand. A portfolio showcasing creative and compelling social media content (photography, videography, graphics). A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment. Strong understanding of current social media platforms- Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc along with trends in the market. Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
