We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to support our investment team by managing data, processing transactions, and assisting with portfolio reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient investment operations and providing critical support for decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities: Investment Operations & Data Management: - Process, track, and reconcile investment transactions.- Maintain and update investment data, financial records, and reports using Excel and financial tools.- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all investment-related documentation.Reporting & Analysis: - Support portfolio reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.- Generate performance dashboards and financial insights for stakeholders.- Assist in compliance and regulatory documentation to meet industry standards.- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.Coordination & Administrative Support: - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for operational needs.- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Investments team.- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–3 years in operations, finance, or investment-related roles.- Relevant financial or investment certifications are a plus.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic investment team, contribute to efficient operations, and play a key role in data-driven decision-making.
