About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute 360° marketing strategies for American Eagle & Aerie across the MENA region. In this hybrid strategic and operational role, youll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated campaigns across digital, social, in-store, in-mall, OOH, and CRM channels. Partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Manager , youll bridge big-picture brand vision with on-the-ground execution-guiding your team through flawless campaign rollouts across a dynamic regional market. This is a unique opportunity to shape how American Eagle & Aerie connect with customers in a highly competitive and fast-evolving retail landscape. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute full-funnel marketing plans for American Eagle and Aerie across the MENA region, aligned with brand and business objectives. Market Insights : Analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitor activities to continually refine and adapt marketing strategies. Campaign Management : Lead the planning and roll-out of integrated campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery and impact. Influencer & Partnerships : Define and manage influencer strategies, including profile selection, content planning, and performance tracking. Customer Engagement : Partner with CRM and loyalty teams to implement segmentation strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers. Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign KPIs, generate post-campaign reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and development opportunities to ensure the teams growth and success. Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as the key liaison between Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Merchandising, Creative, and external agencies to maintain alignment and delivery. Budget Ownership : Manage the full marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting. Global Coordination : Ensure regular alignment with global brand teams Key Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in retail, fashion, or consumer goods marketing, preferably in the MENA region. Proven track record in planning and executing 360 degree campaigns incl. Paid social, influencers, events, and CRM Hands-on experience in event planning & influencer activations. Working knowledge of CRM platforms (email/SMS) and loyalty-driven tactics. Strong analytical skills-comfortable with dashboards and translating data into recommendations for each brand. Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business results. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
