What you'll be doing: The SAP EWM Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP projects. This involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Job Responsibilities: Participate in full cycle, large-scale, end-to-end projects. Design and deliver solutions to business units. Define and model business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements. Perform data analysis, providing insights and identifying opportunities. Define and execute SIT test cases. Review and adapt UAT test scenarios with stakeholders and facilitate sign-off. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure scope, time, and quality adherence. Develop project documentation. Prepare and deliver training to system users. Work closely with business units daily to achieve objectives. Participate actively in project teams. People Management: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Set performance goals with managers and ensure achievement. Identify personal development needs and plan accordingly. Stay updated with professional developments and techniques. Functional / Technical Competencies: Deep knowledge of SAP EWM architecture and functionalities. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate and ASAP. Why Join GMG?
