Manager – Facility Management & Maintenance

We are partnering with a diversified group of companies in Dubai to hire a Facility Management & Maintenance Manager to lead and transform the facilities operations across a wide range of assets including residential buildings, commercial spaces, warehouses, showrooms, and staff accommodations . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations (HVAC, MEP, landscaping) Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DMCC, DEWA, Civil Defense Lead preventive & corrective maintenance and energy optimization Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets Handle vendor sourcing, SLAs, and AMC contracts Drive compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes Restructure the FM department, implement KPIs, and optimize workflows Spearhead digital transformation (FM/maintenance software deployment) Manage asset lifecycle planning and maintenance schedules What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in FM & maintenance operations Strong grasp of UAE regulatory frameworks Fluent in Arabic and English Strategic thinker with hands-on technical knowledge Excellent vendor and team management skills Experience working across mixed-use property portfolios Location: Dubai, UAE Education: Degree in Engineering (Civil, MEP, or related) If you're an experienced facility management professional ready to drive operational excellence and innovation, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
