Assistant Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage ( Thai)Filled

Job Description Reports to the Outlet Manager. Assists the Outlet Manager in preparing the annual operating budget in conjunction with the Director of F&B and Assistant F&B Manager. Helps maximize the profitability of the restaurant and room service. Ensures staff fully understand company policies and standards. Assists in analyzing menus and products of competitive restaurants and room service. Supports recruitment, training, and evaluation of employees. Helps inspect the physical condition of furniture and decorations. Checks staff tidiness, cleanliness, and grooming standards. Ensures timely submission of daily bar inventory and par reports, aligned with sales reports at each shift's end. Conducts daily briefings and de-briefings for assigned functions. Prepares duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower according to business volume. Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, superiors, and other section heads. Prepares daily cover count and revenue reports. Attends daily F&B briefings, meetings in the absence of the Outlet Manager, and other relevant training sessions. Handles personnel actions such as leaves, overtime requests, disciplinary actions, and commendations. Addresses service problems professionally and handles guest complaints effectively. Reports and manages breakage and losses. Implements cost-saving measures related to electricity, supplies, and other controllable costs. Understands all food and beverage policies and procedures to ensure correct implementation. Follows control procedures for food and beverage costs and cashiering. Promotes guest satisfaction within the outlet. Handles booking inquiries and special arrangements. Controls requisition points and par stock levels for supplies. Coaches and counsels staff effectively. Motivates a strong team within the outlet. Maintains open communication with service personnel and keeps them informed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager, Director of F&B, or F&B Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
