Responsibilities Our latest opportunity is for a talented OSH Manager to join our award-winning team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The OSH Manager will oversee the effective operation and management of KEO's Safety Management System on our mega project, providing HSE advice to staff and contractors to elevate safety standards on site. Success in this role includes: Ensuring the effective implementation of the KEO SMS on the project. Establishing collaborative relationships and advising on HSE issues with the Client, KEO Project Team, and Contractors. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HSE best practices and standards. Assessing the SMS's adequacy and effectiveness, recommending revisions as needed. Conducting HSE training based on needs assessments and training programs. Monitoring and reporting HSE standards achieved by Contractors and maintaining statistical data. Ensuring incident reporting and investigations are carried out effectively, with root cause analysis and preventive recommendations. Reviewing and analyzing incident data and KPIs monthly. Performing periodic site inspections to ensure compliance and recommending improvements. Managing Safety Officers' activities and duties. Reviewing contractor H&S documentation for compliance. Tracking closure of H&S violation and inspection reports. Chairing Project H&S Meetings and attending construction progress meetings. To succeed, candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience, a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree, NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 or higher (preferably with Villa project experience), and ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
